How can I renew my library loans?

Answer

Loans can be renewed twice, provided they are not overdue or reserved by other users.

The new due date is calculated from the day the renewal is made, not from the original due date.

You can renew your loans in the following ways:

  • In person, at our service desk;

  • By email (you can simply reply to one of the automatic reminder emails);

  • Via chat;

  • Through your personal account in our catalogue.
